To process a refund for a product return for a product within its 30-day trial period, please allow for 15-20 days for the item to be evaluated and then for a credit to be processed.
For the SV Face Shield System, SheerVision offers a full-refund if returned within the 30-day trial period if unused. If the system has been used, SheerVision offers a full-refund, but less $10.00 for replacement of the transparent face shield.
Please note that SheerVision does not issue refunds for prescription (Rx) lens fees or shipping costs. Also please note that SheerVision is not responsible for the return shipping costs, or any additional custom duties, taxes, or fees required to return the purchase to SheerVision.
